Upon entering our room, I was horrified to find a bed bug crawling on the bed, along with a large dried booger on the other mattress. I rushed my family to the reception to demand a room change, but no one offered any compensation for the disturbing incident. The pool was overcrowded with unsupervised kids, making it unsafe for my younger ones who didn't want to swim anymore.

Had a nice stay for one night. The room was clean and tidy, and loved how close everything was. Breakfast was solid too, lots of choices like eggs and cereal. Free coffee all day! Only thing was the shower could've used a bit more pressure, but overall, it was comfy and had a good vibe.
